Master Of The Fist
The wielder of the Satsui no Hado, a man called “the master of the fist”, who has slaughtered opponents with the ferocity of a demon. He searches for strong opponents to do battle with in a game of life or death. He has sent numerous fighters to their demise. He has a keen interest in Ryu, the disciple of Akuma’s brother Gouken, as he has the potential to bring forth the Satsui no Hado from inside him. Because of that, he appears now to guide Ryu to the box in the Antarctic.

Not much to say here at this point, aside from that the Misogi is the Super of Akuma’s that is used as the second half of a Cross Art. The Shun Goku Satsu, however, is the more useful of the two in Pandora mode; from start to finish it’s rather quick, leaving much more time to finish off what remains of their health afterwards.

| Just as much of a problem for opponents as it’s always been, Akuma’s air fireball is an important tool. What makes this more of a threat than Ibuki’s or Rolento’s air projectiles isn’t just the fact they don’t knock down, but also that they can’t be slapped aside, making this effective against nearly every conceivable anti-air option. As such it’s also a very good wake-up option. | ||

| With wake-up options like Kanzuu Hadoken and Tenma Kuujinkyaku, Akuma will need hard knockdowns. The best way about that is to hit a sweep, particularly with Akuma; his is one of the fastest and safest in the game, provided you use it at the right range. | ||
